I work at Catonsville High School. I was looking for a race and came across this in active.com. Cody's story reached out and grabbed me. The photo albums are amazing. My nephew died of cancer when he was four years old. That was five years ago. I think of him everyday and most of my runs are dedicated to him. My family puts angel wings on EVERYTHING and I LOVE your mascot/image of runner with angel wings. We are putting a team together as I write and sent the link to the high school track coach...see you soon... Alicia Brady

Cody is lovingly remembered by one of my college students, who encouraged me to visit this site. It is easy to see Cody's vitality and enthusiasm: he clearly affected his world with joy and energy. And I am moved by his terrible death: my sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I was honored to run this 5k. My daughter Jadynn won her age division, so smiles all around. Cody was such a great kid and never hesitated to stop and help teach a skateboard trick to my son Chase and his buds. He always said hi and was just an all around great kid. Thabk you for letting us be a part of this inaugural 5k, and we cant wait to have a few more runners from the Rondone family in it next year.

I never met Cody, but I am glad to donate and participate in this run. Seems like he had lots of ambition and drive. Very rare in kids today. My thoughts and prayers go out ot his family and friends.
